It’s been a bit gloomy in Chicago the past two weeks, so the very first day that I awoke to a sun-streaked sky, I jumped on the opportunity to ditch my rainy-day duds for some fancy metallic pleats.
Lately, this vintage maxi has been my go-to for easy elegance — with an added element of edge, of course… be it through a touch of neon or a cropped leather jacket. How should I style it next?
*Wearing: Thrifted dress (worn as a top), vintage gold maxi via Deathrose Vintage, Pour La Victoire Larkin pumps (here in nude), Neon Lights necklace c/o Ann Taylor (sold out; similar style here), Cole Haan sunglasses

This may be one of my favorite looks! I love that pleated skirt! Gorgeous!!
Really?! I got some looks from street-goers, but I guess that translates to stylish, right? Thank you! I love it, too!
I have been obsessing over the Ann Taylor neon necklace. Very cute!
Thank you! I LOVE it — too bad it’s sold out online, but if you call them they can usually locate one in-store and ship it to you.
This skirt is AWESOME!
Thanks Jessica I love it - except for the fact that it’s a slight occupational hazard. Oh, well!
