Equestrian

Today’s pseudo-preppy ensemble isn’t one I’d typically style on myself, but I was feeling inspired by the Equestrian vibes of my Christopher Fischer sweater. And you can never go wrong with a neutral palette pairing.

It’s the third and final installment of my not-your-average-ugly-sweater series, in which I borrowed three cashmere knits from Christopher Fischer’s holiday collection. Which style is your favorite? Horse, cobra or buck?

On another note, I can’t lie to you: While fantastic in theory (especially when found on sale), beige leather leggings can look really questionable in photographs. Remember that one Jon Hamm photo? Yeah. Even though there’s nothing Jon Hamm-esque happening here.

Awful. It took Jessica and I alot longer than it should have to shoot this look — we were laughing so hard. Mental note: Tunics or long tops from here-on out.

I’m in LOVE with that sweater and have been stalking it on the website. It’s now on sale so I’m seriously considering it even though the taxes and duties to Canada may kill me. Wondering what size you’re wearing… I’m taller than the model on the website but definitely not THAT skinny hahaha. This look is FAN-TAS-TIC!!
