Link Love, Vol. 26

Bonjour!

Hello and happy Friday, indeed. I’m six hours ahead of you (nine if you’re on the west coast), which means I’m probably wine-drunk right now… Or well on my way. Santé!

If you’re missing some context, I’m checking in from Paris today.

I’m here with Jessica and Bianca for the next five days, after which we’re making a quick day-trip to Oslo, Norway. If you have recommendations of where to eat and shop, let me know! Otherwise, you can follow on Instagram for pretty pictures, including lots of complex carbs, cheese and wine. (YAS!)

I had a good amount of time to kill on the flight yesterday (around eight hours, to be exact), so here’s a few things that kept me busy. Before that sleeping pill set in, that is. Tee hee.

And here’s what’s been popular around c+c this week:

  1. I love Oslo!! Honestly one of my favorite cities in Europe/Scandavia. The whole city is absolutely beautiful but my favorite area is the aker brygge area of Norway. Parts are a bit touristy, but if you walk down past TGI Fridays (always a red flag), there are lovely restaurants/wine bars with outdoor fireplaces and sheepskin throws. Have a blast!

  2. Have an amazing time!! I was just in Paris and it was sooo beautiful this time of year. Definitely try to go to Caffè Stern for a bite to eat or a drink—super cool new spot and my new favorite address in Paris. If you need more addresses: http://savvyhomeblog.com/48-hours-in-paris/
