Link Love, Vol. 64

It’s crazy how short weeks can tend to seem the longest, no? Either way — happy Friday, guys.

Sharing a few of my favorite postcards of New York City in today’s Link Love post, in memory of 9/11…

Late last night, I crawled into bed and re-read this piece that I wrote two years ago when I’d moved to New York months prior. From time-to-time, I’ll go back and read the comments, which are very inspiring. If you’ve never heard my reflection on what it was like living in New York city after 9/11, check it out.

And also, tell someone you love them today. Life is too short to not say the shit you’re feeling, you know?

One last thing…

Don't-Drake-and-Drive

As a reminder, a few things happening in Chicago this weekend:

For one, I’ll be swinging by Cafe Bustelo’s pop-up this weekend — there’s free coffee and wifi at their pop-up downtown (1152 W. Taylor ’til 7 p.m. both days), plus live performances Saturday and Sunday. Details on that are here.

Also, I’m teaching a Drake vs. Rihanna theme ride at SoulCycle on Saurday! Obvi, I already have what I’m wearing: This Don’t Drake and Drive tank. So good, right? The brand is StyleStalker, and they also do a cute Namas’tay in Bed tee.
