Spring Style Revival

One of my favorite things to do when the weather starts to warm is freshen up my closet…

… You know, revive those old pieces that haven’t gotten much wear or exposure due to lots and lots of layering throughout the winter.

And shop. Obvs.

You might feel the same after I introduce you to the new favorite line I’m loving…

But first, that style revival.

For me, the go-to basics that have emerged at the fore-front of my wardrobe this spring have been a structured, sleeveless white top and simple black pumps (nude pumps, too — these are my favorite pair and they’re on sale).

While these tried-and-true pieces are the ones that anchor seemingly every single outfit — I’ve found that it’s all about investing in the right statement piece in order to elevate any of the everyday essentials in your closet.

(Say, for example, a lace-up bodysuit to take a pair of jeans to the next level, a la this look.)

Now, full disclosure: You may want to get off your ass, head to the freezer and toss your credit card in prior to reading. I should have.

Recently, I discovered C/MEO (Cameo) Collection, an Australian label (the skirt I’m wearing) that’s known for directional prints, premium fabrics and unique silhouettes — and at surprisingly mid-level prices. To say I’m obsessed is a total understatement. Here’s some of their styles I love, below.

The best selection of the brand’s spring collection can be found at ASOS and Revolve Clothing (the latter of which you can get 10% off with code CANDY).

Researching this post was a major occupational hazard — I find myself wanting to wear just about every single one of their skirts and dresses this spring, but I settled for only purchasing this style — for now. (Again, 10% off!)
