Last night, I joined ranks with a wealth of good company to celebrate my dear friend Nola’s birthday.
Despite the threat of rain and a layer of humidity that rendered one’s hair unmanageable (case in point, above), we had an awesome time celebrating. If you live in or are planning to visit Manhattan, put Momofuku’s funfetti birthday cake on your list.
Pro tip: It pairs well with passed apps and champagne.
Like I told the girls, though, I’m feeling a major cheese hangover today. I got a little too hopped up on that BRIEber fever, if you know what I mean.
Sometimes, an impromptu Monday night out is just what the doctor ordered… It’s nights like these that I realize just how much I love New York.
