Runway Recap: Rebecca Minkoff F/W 2012

Who: A Rebecca Minkoff label is like a reminder that fashion should be fun.

What: Shiny, sparkly, fuzzy, amazing. Each season, the designer’s collection consistently ranks among my favorites - contemporary, cool, and actually wearable. In fact, I’m coveting just about every piece of this season’s collection! For now, though, I need to get my hands on the Morning After Bag ASAP. Okay, and the pink Mini Mac.

Luckily, for those of you, like me, who weren’t able to attend in-person, Minkoff streamed the live show on her website. True to fashion (ahem), the event felt more like a house party parade than a runway show, and I soaked up every ounce of the layered texture, python printed, sequined pant, jewel-tone color-blocking goodness. And then some.
