A Fresh Take on the Floral Trend

Before diving into today’s post — the last from my #TargetStyle series — can we please acknowledge the theatrical brilliance of The Devil Wears Prada? And then re-group with a collective freak-out in realizing the movie was made seven years ago?

Anyway, back to the topic at-hand: Florals. For spring.

Sure, nothing new trend-wise new to report here, but there are ways to lend a fresh (ahem) spin to your florals this season. And in an affordable manner, thanks to Target.

Perhaps if we wear seasonally appropriate ensembles like these (and lace, wedges or other spring essentials), Mother Nature will follow our lead? Couldn’t hurt… Though Miranda Priestly would never justify this logic, so let’s just not tell her.
