Color-Packed

Happy Friday! This weekend, I’m escaping the city and heading to The Hamptons with Jessica and some friends. I’m so looking forward to a few days of fresh seafood, sunshine, beach and boardwalk.

And, well, a bit of summer-brewed booze.

Last night, I was utterly at a loss for what to pack (for the second time in less than a week!), but I’ve opted to go for a decidedly laid-back vibe.

This floral blouse (which — I must pause to tell you — is 80% off) and neon necklace are the girliest pieces I’m bringing, but that’s because I’m obsessed with the way they play off one another’s colorful strengths. (Look at me, humanizing material objects!) Otherwise, it’s jean shorts, gauzy white sundresses, gladiator flats and wayfarer sunglasses.

The black & yellow snow collar I’m wearing is finally back in stock at BaubleBar today. I plan to pair this little pretty with every vintage tee and patterned top I own. You can’t tell from the flat image on BaubleBar’s site, but the vibrant colors pop in-person.

On a related note, have you seen Courtney Kerr’s BaubleBar collection? Insane. My wallet and I were literally helpless over the Neon Alaqua Bib… YOLO?
