Earlier this month, my sister inquired about the Instagram-oriented updates that I used to post on a monthly basis.
I hadn’t forgotten about them, but my Editorial Calendar slipped a bit amid the hectic lifestyle I was trying to lasso this spring — mainly due to settling in at a new job and moving to New York. (That seems like forever ago, doesn’t it?)
A lot happened in the month of July, so I thought it’d be worthwhile to re-vamp the monthly series. Hopefully you agree, as well!
Par for the course, I spent a good amount of my time at 10,000 feet. Highlights include traveling back-to-back weekends for a few college-style celebrations with my best friends (for a Fourth of July on the lake and a GF’s bridal shower). In addition, I spent lots of time at the beach, exploring my city (despite the hour), behind my computer and, well, shopping. Like ya do.
Most notably, I made my stylist debut and styled a shoot for contemporary watch brand, Caravelle. A sneak peek is here, but I’ll be sharing a full recap with you soon!
I hope you’ve had a great summer thus far, too! Hard to believe that September is right around the corner…

Feel free, Michelle! It’s fun to recap the month in Instagrams - and it’s even more fun to look back after time has passed. Kind of like a little photo diary (within a photo diary of a blog, ha). Will stay tuned for yours!
