What to Wear, Where: Lobster Fe(a)st

Ladies, start your engines. I think it’s safe to say that Sunday Brunch Season is officially underway.

What to Wear: A nautically inspired color scheme and festive mix of prints.
Where: A seafood-centric eatery where the menu boasts flavors of summer (such as Lobster Joint, NYC).

Jessica and I have been dying to check out Lobster Joint, a cute-and-quaint seafood restaurant on the LES (Lower East Side, remember your acronyms). As self-proclaimed Lobster Roll purveyors, we both agreed you can’t go wrong with traditional New England comfort food.

Whether your inaugural brunch expedition begins with a goat-cheese omelette or side of sweet potato fries (always), one thing’s for certain: there shall be day-drinking. Mimosa, please!

Where I live there’s a place called Door County close by — think lake, countryside, shops and good dining, ultimate relaxation — and I need to wear this exact thing there for brunch with my husband.
