What I'm Wearing: High-Heeled Loafers

Designers have reinvented the classic penny loafer as this season's must-have shoe. This time-around, the schoolgirl-inspired kicks have picked up a luxe leather look and a tall stacked heel, making them winsome and wearable, for both workdays and weekends.

I won these preppy pumps in a giveaway hosted by Jennie Going West by creating this "Taupe-ally Trendy" Polyvore set. I was so thrilled! I knew they'd be the perfect finish to this casually layered look for fall.

Wearing: Nolen loafers c/o Mia Shoes / Shorts + Top, Urban Outfitters / Necklace, InPink Style / Watch, Michael Kors

For more ways to style the Nolen, check out how blogger Jennie wears hers, sans tightshere.

Pretty shoes. They cap off the outfit.

I love the shorts with tights look and I'm dying for a pair of loafers. I wish mine could be heels or platforms, but sadly with my bum ankle heels are out of reach. Love this outfit!

I like the sorts and the shoes. I have had a pair of loafer pumps for a long time and they have been a work horse as far as shoes go.

Those shoes are so cute. Are they comfortable? I need a pair of heels that are actually comfortable.
