Catamaran (+ a giveaway) | Krabi, Thailand

Serving up a bit of a beach-side reverie here today — largely in an attempt to help us forget the Polar Vortex that lingers just outside our office windows.

Before I go on, I should tell you: I’m teaming up with Jack Rogers to give away a pair of the cult Classic Navajo sandals ($110 value). You can enter at the bottom of this post!

For today’s post, we’re going, going – back, back to Thailand, Thailand:

When we left off last week, the crew & I were leaving the hard-partying island of Ko Pha Ngan. We’re now in Krabi, embarking on the next leg of our journey. To start, we’re being picked up by a catamaran that we’ve chartered for the next week… Life could certainly be worse, I know.

I have so many photos to share (and will do so once I’ve had time to organize them this week), but for today, let’s focus on the Jack Rogers giveaway.

Winning a pair of sandals in the dead of winter may seem like cruel and unusual punishment – but hey, a little wanderlust never hurt ‘nobody.

I’ll be the first to admit I haven’t always been a Jack Rogers girl. I don’t typically gravitate toward a preppy ensemble (the winter Vineyard Vines collection being an exception), but this is a brand I’ve come to love. The classic Navajo sandals are practical, cute and comfortable — after you break them in — and most importantly for me, easily packable. I wore mine almost exclusively during our time in Thailand.

So, let’s say it was love at second sight. Did a double-take at their quintessential color scheme and signature whip-stiching and the rest was history.

More to come on Krabi and the rest of our Catamaran shenanigans…

O-kay. The giveaway deets: The winner will get their choice of a pair of Classic Navajo sandals ($110 value). These are my favorite style — they’re timeless and can be worn with just about anything. (Except snow, ugh.) Good luck!

  1. Love Jack Rogers sandals! Just had my second baby and stuck inside due to the frigid weather — summer can’t come soon enough! At least it is sunny in NYC today!

  2. Though it is hard looking at these pictures while currently in #Chiberia, a new pair of sandals will be back when I have 100 Summer Days in Chicago

    • Lol, yes — Summertime in Chicago is one of my favorite! Hope I can get back fairly frequently this year… And that it stops snowing on the East Coast/in the Midwest before April, haha.
