Over-the-Moon

… And then, some days, only over-the-knee boots will do.

Sneakers, be damned! (But see you tomorrow, probably.)

Today’s post is simple-and-sweet, but certainly not short on style. (Here’s why.)

Determining how to wear your workout clothes in or out of the gym is truly a victory in and of itself — don’t you agree? We’ll consider that a check that off of our sartorial list for now, but there’s plenty of fitness-oriented fashion to come based on the Comfort Coup I mentioned in yesterday’s post.

Some days, though, a girl’s just got to go on the opposite side of the active-wear spectrum. No explanation needed.

I’m still over-the-moon (er, knee) for these boots. Can you blame me?

They pair so well with everything in my closet — including this super-soft skirt and faux leather vest (or a faux fur vest, at that). The material keeps my gams warm, too, which has been a key component in outfit selection the past few weeks.

I love a good pair of skinny jeans, but the same old style can feel a bit uninspiring after a few days. (Okay, weeks.) And I mean, really — who’s ever not looking for a reason to not wear pants?

… That came out wrong.

You know what I mean, right?

Ah, f-k it. No pants is the best pants. Happy Wednesday — blame the a-a-a-a…
