Oh, man. I need a weekend after this weekend… You ever have those?

A handful of friends and I saw The Chainsmokers in concert on Friday (they’re a DJ/producer duo), so that rendered me pretty much out of commission for the remainder of the weekend… From a PM social standpoint, at least.

Chicago was gorgeous this weekend… Really gorgeous. It was a somber reminder to be outwardly thankful for all the little things (that we might otherwise unknowingly take for granted). And there certainly isn’t much to complain about when it’s 67 degrees with sunny skies — especially in November.

How was your weekend?

Since I wasn’t about my out-all-night ensemble, I spent most of my weekend in my favorite pair of distressed boyfriend jeans and go-to moto jacket.

I opted for a striped shirt, too, in an effort to pay a bit of subtle homage to one of my favorite cities, Paris. Like you, I imagine, I spent a lot of time thinking about the world this weekend…

This week, let’s just be extra kind and give one another the benefit of the doubt. I heard this quote last week and it really struck a chord with me: “At the end of the day, we’re all just walking each other home.”
