It’s amazing how much length those flared jeans can provide! I’ve been convinced for awhile that Joe’s Jeans are magical. That faux leather jacket is fabulous!
That’s it. I NEED A PAIR OF WIDE LEG JEANS.
Yes, you DO — try Anthropologie. They’re usually on sale! I scored these for $40 during a particularly lucky shopping streak.
I’m super short, but I never wear flared jeans like this. THANK YOU for letting me in on your secret, clearly I need to get myself a pair!
For sure! The key is to find a pair that START to flare out just below your kneecaps. I love Joe’s Jeans - they’ve been perfect in terms of length. Bring a pair of heels to for trying on in-store, too!
Those pants are so incredibly flattering! I think I need a pair now.
That faux leather jacket is fabulous — I love a great light jacket! Also love how these jeans look on you — gotta love my skinny jeans, but the flattery of wide leg jeans is undeniable.

I cannot believe how tall those jeans make you look! Love this simple yet chic outfit I think I only have 1 pair of Joe’s in my closet and they’re from high school…pretty sure I need to change that ASAP.

I always think you look so tall in your blog pictures! And then I’m always surprised when I see you in person that you’re a shortie like me!
i love flared jeans! i always wear mine with wedges and bam, i’m almost normal person height! it’s so nice because then i can actually buy normal jeans (but wear them with 3-5 inch heels).
This is an excellent trick. Ever since my obsession with bell bottoms in middle school, I’ve strayed away from wide leg pants….but I could definitely use the illusion of a few inches. I may have to try this out!
