Maxed Out

Took a sweet spin in blush tones and ladylike silhouettes over the weekend.

It’s practically impossible to believe that the first official day of spring is three days from today, isn’t it? It’s a breezy 30-degrees here in New York, and the smoke-colored clouds make the threat of snow seem imminent.

Since the weather doesn’t quite call for bare legs, I busted out my favorite pleated maxi this weekend. I’ll never tire of black-on-black, but I’m growing (impatiently) eager to re-invigorate my wardrobe. Plus, a maxi is more or less just a glorified nightgown.

I totally did something similar this weekend after being Pinterest-inspired and wore a pleated white maxi skirt with a cashmere sweater it’s such a great look when you’re over winter/can’t do fully bare legs yet!
