Easy, Breezy

On days when it’s simply too hot to wear much of anything, the forecast calls for looser cuts that keep you cool.

I mean, holy humidity!

It’s like zero to 100 overnight these days, man. One minute it’s 60-degrees and raining — the next, it’s pushing 90 without a cloud in the sky.

(Humidity hair is another story, thankfully — I continue to be so very thankful for Living Proof’s Humidity shield.)

I can’t complain, I suppose. We’ve got to hold on to what’s left of our summer — and more importantly, perhaps, open-toe shoe season. Right? (August is this WEEKEND!)

For today, it’s this a flowy, floral-clad tunic, ankle-tied sandals and a fringe backpack to boot. It’s been a very busy week, but I’m really just biding my time until Lollapalooza arrives at last. Two days and counting!

This is the perfect dress for the heat! It seems like it’s been such a rainy Midwest summer, and out of nowhere the heat has returned in full force. How are you liking the RM backpack? I’ve been eyeing it, and it looks like a good size!

My *only* complaint is that I wish it’d fit my (15-inch) computer. It kinda does, but the bag juts out in a weird way. Otherwise, I love it! Planning to wear it at Lolla (if there’s zero rain in the forecast). Highly recommend!
